The service

ProtoLens converts scientific protocol PDFs you upload into structured protocol data (materials, steps, tables) and exportable SOP documents.

Your content

• You retain all rights to the PDFs you upload. You must only upload documents you have the right to use. ProtoLens does not redistribute your uploads or extracted results to other users.
• Extracted data is generated for your own research use.

Acceptable use

No uploading unlawful content, no attempting to abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the service, no sharing accounts. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Payments and Refund Policy

• One credit is charged per extraction. Credits are only consumed by successful extractions: if an extraction fails, the credit is automatically refunded to your account.
• Credit Pack (one-time purchase): full refund within 14 days of purchase if none of the credits have been used. Partially used packs are non-refundable.
• Subscriptions (Starter / Pro): you can cancel anytime; the subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial-period refunds. As an exception, first-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first purchase if they have used fewer than 2 extractions.
• How to request a refund: email zivhoward@zwhongmiao.com from your account email with your order details. Approved refunds are processed via Paddle and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
• Prices are processed by Paddle.com (Merchant of Record); taxes may apply per your jurisdiction.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". Extracted data may contain errors; always verify against the original paper before lab use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
