What we collect
- Account information: your email address, used for authentication and transactional emails.
- Uploaded documents: the PDF files you upload for extraction, and the extracted results (materials, steps, tables), stored to provide your extraction history.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record. We never see or store your card details.
How we use it
- To provide the extraction service (your PDF is processed by our AI pipeline, which includes MinerU running on our own servers and the MiniMax large language model API).
- To operate your account, quota, and subscription.
- Transactional email only (verification, password reset, receipts). No marketing emails without consent.
Third-party processors
Paddle (payments, paddle.com), MiniMax (LLM extraction, minimaxi.com), Cloudflare (tunnel & DNS), Google (SMTP email delivery), Railway (application hosting & database).
Retention & deletion
Uploaded PDFs and extraction results are kept while your account exists to provide history. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing zivhoward@zwhongmiao.com. We do not sell your data. We do not use your uploads to train models.
